Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Eventyvo uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and apps. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices (CCPA/CPRA).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDKs used for authentication, preferences, analytics, or advertising.
2. How we use cookies
Necessary
Required for the Service to function: session/authentication, security (e.g. captcha), load balancing, and storing your cookie preferences. These do not require optional consent.
Analytics
Help us understand how the product is used (for example Google Analytics 4). Loaded only if you grant analytics consent in our cookie banner.
Marketing
Used for advertising measurement and remarketing when organizers configure tracking pixels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, Google Tag Manager). Injected only if you grant marketing consent.
3. Consent and California opt-out
On first visit we show a consent banner. You can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. Your choice is stored locally (key eventyvo_cookie_consent_v1). You can reopen preferences from Your Privacy Choices or the footer.
Marketing cookies may constitute "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a Do Not Sell or Share signal and keep marketing (and analytics) off when GPC is present.
4. Organizer pixels
Event organizers may configure their own tracking IDs on public event pages. Eventyvo gates those scripts behind your marketing/analytics consent. Organizers remain responsible for their own compliance when using third-party ad tools.
5. Managing cookies
You can also block or delete cookies via browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in or checkout. For privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
